Who we are
L2 Conquest is a fan-run Lineage II server. The person responsible for your data is the server operator, reachable at [contact email].
What we collect
When you reserve a name we store your email address, the account, character and clan names you entered, your Discord username if you gave one, whether you asked for launch emails, and the time you confirmed your email.
When you apply as a founding clan we store your clan name, the leader's character name, your contact email, your Discord username if you gave one, how many active players you have, your clan's languages and country or timezone, the previous servers, banner code and message you wrote, the time you applied and the IP address you sent it from (to stop spam).
We don't use analytics, tracking pixels or advertising cookies. Fonts are served from this site, not from a third party.
Why
To hold your names until launch and, if you ticked the box, to send you two emails: one when the beta opens and one when Season 1 starts. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
Founding-clan applications are used only to run the founding-clan program: to choose the founding clans, contact you about the decision and the closed beta, and set up your clan, names and founder cloak. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), given when you tick the box on the form.
How long
We delete the reservation list after Season 1 starts on 20 November 2026. If you asked to stay subscribed, we keep only your email until you unsubscribe.
We delete founding-clan applications when Season 1 ends (15 January 2027), or sooner if you ask. Accepted clans keep their clan name and banner in the founding hall.
Who else sees it
Nobody we sell or share it with. The data is stored with our hosting provider, Google Cloud (servers in Frankfurt, Germany), and the confirmation email is sent through [email provider].
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, at any time by writing to [contact email]. You can also complain to your national data protection authority.
